Additionally, Honorable Ntakarutimana called upon administrative authorities to frequently engage with the daily lives of the population, enabling them to understand the challenges faced and find better solutions. According to the First Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly, a good leader should be regarded as a beacon guiding the country’s development. Furthermore, Honorable Sabine Ntakarutimana invited the population of Bubanza province to embrace the motto and vision of His Excellency, President Evariste Ndayishimiye wishing that every mouth should have food and every pocket money, including the vision for Burundi to become an emerging country by 2040 and a developed country by 2060.
As the electoral period approaches, the First Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly asked women to participate massively and actively in development work and to ensure that they occupy positions in decision-making bodies. These development works also saw the participation of elected parliamentarians in the Bubanza constituency, administrative authorities, and natives, to name a few. It should be noted that he governor of the said province, Cléophas Nizigiyimana, urged the population to manage agricultural production from Season A wisely and not to sell everything in the markets. |
