A call from the First Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly to the people of Mbuye.

The 1st Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon. Sabine Ntakarutimana, joined the population of Mbuye commune in Muramvya Province on Saturday, March 11, 2023, during community development work.
Those works consisted of bringing the stones closer for the paving of classrooms and raising the walls of Ecofo Kivoga 2 at Teka Hill, which is currently under construction. This facility will have four classrooms to replace six others that collapsed in 2017. At this time, the school management is using the parish premises for teaching.

In her speech, the Honorable Sabine Ntakarutimana invited the population of Mbuye to redouble their efforts in community development work. To complete the entire work, they need some assistance from various actors. She promised them to reach their requests for assistance in building materials including cement and metal sheets to the right person, especially to H.E Major General Evariste Ndayishimiye, President of the Republic of Burundi. She made a vibrant call to the educators responsible for harassing the students to change their behavior.

In this month of March dedicated to women, Hon. Sabine Ntakarutimana, First Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly suggested that all women should be pillars of the household and display leadership to develop their communities as the first family advisors.
