The 1st Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon. Sabine Ntakarutimana, joined the population of Mbuye commune in Muramvya Province on Saturday, March 11, 2023, during community development work.

The work consisted of bringing together stones for the paving of classrooms and raising the walls of ECOFO Kivoga 2 at Teka Hill, which is currently under construction. This facility will have four classrooms to replace six others that collapsed in 2017. During all this time, the school management was using the parish premises for catechism teaching.

Major General Evariste Ndayishimiye. She launched a vibrant appeal to the educators involved in the harassment of students to change their behavior.

In this month of March dedicated to women, Hon. Sabine Ntakarutimana, First Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, suggested that all women should be pillars of the household and display leadership to develop their communities as the first family advisors.
